When will I get my pin by e-mail?We e-mail pin numbers immediately after you've made your purchase. The e-mail will contain everything you need.
Are calling cards difficult to use?
Our calling cards are quick and simple to use. Once you order, you'll receive an e-mail right away containing brief instructions.
Why don't you sell multiple styles of calling card?
We choose to sell only our own clean, no-hidden-fees calling products on this site. Because we don't artificially inflate our rates or otherwise mislead clients, you can be certain you're getting our best rates upfront.
What other charges will be applied to my pin number?
Remember, we sell a clean, no-hidden-fee product. There are absolutely no additional charges.
Can I use my pin from a cell phone or payphone?
Our instantly delivered, flexible long distance pins will work from any phone. Keep in mind that when using a payphone that payphone charges up to .99 per use will apply.
Why can't I make local calls with my pin number?
We are not a local telephone service provider and as such are only able to provide long distance services.
What is pinless dialing?
Pinless dialing is a convenient feature included automatically with your pin or phone card purchase. Simply use your calling card from any registered phone number and your pin number will be remembered for up to the first five registered numbers.
How do I set up phone numbers for pinless dialing?
The first five registered phone numbers from which you use your pin will automatically be assigned to your pin number for pinless dialing. This feature is automatic and included at no charge for your convenience.
Printed Cards
When will I receive my card order?Your order typically ships the day after your final print proof is received by e-mail and your payment has been verified.
What are your return policies on printed cards?
We do not accept returns on any product after it has been printed, for the simple reason that we cannot reuse them.
What about customer service?
All cards printed with long distance pins are printed with our toll-free North American customer service number and instructions for use on the back.
Can I change my art file after purchasing from check out?
Certainly. You will receive an e-mail with your art file and order details after purchase. Feel free to change the art file and e-mail it to us. No printing can commence without a final printing proof approved by you.
How does the proofing process work?
We send you an e-mail receipt of your order after you complete your purchase. We'll also e-mail you a print proof depicting the front and back of your card order in real size. Once you give us final approval on this proof, we'll print and ship your order promptly.
